The City of Pittsfield is currently accepting Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for three city-owned properties available for purchase. These properties offer opportunities for businesses, developers, and investors looking to grow or establish a presence in Pittsfield.
Available properties include:
West Industrial Park: Approximately
21 acres available for purchase as one property or divided into smaller parcels to accommodate different development needs.
Adams Street Properties: Three
individual parcels available for purchase.
365th Street Property: Approximately
10 acres located behind Farm & Home, offering additional space for potential development.
