IDNR Fisheries completed the fall electrofishing survey on Pittsfield Lake on October 9, 2026. Fish are identified, measured, weighed, and released. Results showed promising fishing opportunities for a variety of species!
Largemouth Bass - 81 sampled, 28 measured 14” and greater, with 8 exceeding 3lbs, and the largest bass weighing in at 5.5lbs!
Channel Catfish - 0.5 - 5.0lbs.
Hybrid Striped Bass - up to 7.5lbs
Muskie - up to 29”
Walleye - 16 - 23”
Black and White Crappie - 7.0 - 10.5”
